Mike Beville advises operators, sponsors and investment groups on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including private issuances under Regulation D, with a primary focus on real estate capital raising and investment structuring.


During his career, he has worked on securities offerings totaling more than $1 billion in aggregate value, supporting clients across a wide range of syndication sizes, fund structures, and private placement strategies.


In addition to his legal practice, Mike is an active real estate investor and has served in a variety of roles including as a sponsor in his own real estate syndications.


This direct ownership and capital-raising experience gives him a practical, business-first perspective when advising clients—helping them navigate securities compliance while staying focused on closing deals, managing investor relationships, and building scalable investment platforms.
