About Us

Our Mission

Clive Capital’s mission is to help you build wealth and passive income by investing in real estate and private equity assets in fantastic locations with significant upside opportunity. We do the hard work of analyzing deals, building powerful relationships in the industry, and managing the operations. No more interviewing tenants, fixing broken toilets, or taking out the trash. Just cashflow, tax benefits, and wealth growth!

Core Values

Balance

Life is about balance, no matter how you choose to spend it. At Clive Capital, we put that value into practice daily and look to help you find balance on your terms.

Excellence

We are diligent about understanding market trends and employing wealth building strategies to preserve and grow our clients’ portfolios safely and reliably.

Service

Our service to our investor clients don’t stop once you have invested. Our goal is to educate and keep you informed about your investments and other wealth building strategies.

Trust

At Clive Capital, we’re transparent that our clients come first. We’ve structured our investments so that our passive investors earn their income — at times, including a return of capital invested — before we share in the profits from cash flow and/or sale.

Core Beliefs

Accessibility

Investing should be accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy. We accomplish this by educating our investors about lucrative, private investment opportunities, lowering the barrier to investing, and including opportunities for non-accredited investors.

Education

To be wealthy, educate yourself with wealth-building knowledge. Our newsletter and webinars will teach you about the asset classes and growth strategies such as passive real estate and private equity investing, asset-based lending, and infinite banking to grow and preserve your portfolio.

Financial Freedom

Investing is about creating a life of options for yourself and your loved ones. Whether you choose to stay with your W2, build your dream business, or strive for F-I-R-E, passive real estate and private equity investing empowers you to live a life on your own terms.

Impact

Our goal is to improve the quality of life for thousands of people who can then improve the quality of life for millions more. This domino effect drives us to do our best every day at Clive Capital.
